In order to replace the product or return the money for the ordered goods, the following requirements must be met:
You can change or return the product within 14 days of receiving the order;
The replaced or returned product must not be worn or otherwise used, the product must be undamaged, its consumables and appearance must be preserved. The product must be delivered with all attached labels.
The exchanged or returned goods must be delivered by courier to Turgaus str. 13, Klaipeda, Lithuania, LT-91247.

Cronus.lt undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail within 5 days from the receipt of the exchanged or returned product. by mail or the received product meets the criteria of the exchangeable / returned product. If the accepted product meets all the requirements, the seller undertakes to change the product to the desired size or a completely different product (as desired by the customer) or return the money paid. Refunds for purchased goods are usually made within 7 calendar days from the date of assessment of conformity or defective quality of the returned goods, as well as the date of receipt of the return certificate.

Minister of Economy 2001 June 29 by order no. 217 “On Approval of Return and Exchange Rules” NOTE: Shipping costs are not refundable when returning quality goods. That is, you will be refunded after deducting our costs of sending you the goods.
Low-quality goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy's 2012 March 15 by order no. 4-243 “On Approval of the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items” approved by the Rules of Return and Exchange of Items. In this case, the delivery costs are borne by the Seller.
